Meet Jayelin Parker (she/her), LLMSW, MPH

Therapist + Case Manager, Administrative Director

About Mental Health Therapy

My goal as a therapist is to support clients in connecting to themselves, building resilience, and enhancing their overall well-being using a strengths-based approach. My clients are looking for care regarding sexual health, LGBTQ+ health, women’s health, relationship and intimacy concerns, and attachment concerns. I want to help people work through life’s challenges, specifically related to sex, relationships, intimacy, and attachment, while respecting sexuality and gender identity. I best serve transitional-aged youth and adults. I’m also involved in cat rescue and can’t wait to see your furry friends in the background.

About Case Management

In addition to offering individual and family therapy, I see clients for case management. Case management often involves assistance with navigating health insurance, housing concerns, linkage to medical and gender-affirming care, and legal and tax service connections, among a myriad of other necessities. I believe everyone deserves access to care and resources, and I help my clients connect with resources in a gentle and affirming manner.

Modalities: Psychodynamic, attachment-focused, Motivational Interviewing, expressive arts, integrative. I specialize in working with women, transgender individuals, and sex workers.

Need a FREE gender-affirming care letter of support? Get in touch! I participate as a provider with the Gender Affirming Letter Access Project!

In addition to being a therapist, I have worked in sexual health research for 8 years. Check out my publications here!
